All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping is free on orders above AED 99, you will be charged AED 15 if the order value is less than AED 99.AED 20 is applicable on COD orders.

Any Standard delivery less than 100 will have a delivery charge of AED 15


Any orders above 99 AED will have Free Delivery

I placed an order today. When can I expect my shipment?


Your delivery schedule will depend on the product and the time that you place your order. Go to the

Orders section under My Account or click on the order number in your Order Confirmation email to check on the status

of your delivery.

 


What if I miss a delivery?


If you are not at home, our delivery partner will call you and request you to reschedule your

delivery. You can also reach out to our customer support team at care@babiesandmore.com

and we’ll schedule another delivery date and time that suits you better.

 


I’ve already paid AED 15, so why am I being charged an additional AED 20?


These two amounts are for two separate charges. Our standard shipping charge is AED 15, while our

Cash on Delivery charge is AED 20. If you’re paying by cash, you’ll have to pay an extra AED 20 over and

above our shipping charge. Of course, you can always avoid the Cash on Delivery charge by paying with your Credit or

Debit Card.

 


Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?


No, but you can pick up your order from our delivery partner’s office if you wish. Simply ask

them to hold your order at their office when they contact you before delivery. Additionally, you can always choose

to pick up your order from the nearby store. Simply select collect & collect at checkout and select your pick-up

point as one of our participating stores in the UAE and collect it at your convenience.


What is your policy on returns?


We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. We'll be happy to help you with the process.


We do not accept:


- Returns can be initiated online only. We do not support returns in stores.


- Products damaged by misuse or showing signs of wear, even if they are still under warranty.


- Products that have been used, altered, assembled or installed, unless they are defective.


- Lingerie, Inner Wear or Jewellery, we will not be accepted as returns.


- Toiletries and perfumes.


- Bedding, bath products, kids' products, pillows, sheets, comforters, bed-in-a-bag, duvets, duvet covers, memory foam, towels and bathrobes that have been removed from their packaging.


- Products you wish to exchange for a different color or size. (We currently do not offer an exchange service which means that you will need to return the product first and purchase what you wish instead).


- Please return your products in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery. Double-check that you've included the original invoice, all the accessories, promotional gifts and warranty cards that came with your order.
