Any information you enter when transacting with Babies & more Online is sent in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session and is encrypted to protect you against unintentional disclosure to third parties. This is an assurance that we follow the best security practices adopted by major online vendor, where all payments are processed in real-time, for your security and immediate peace of mind. Why was my order payment rejected?

There are various reasons why this may have happened ranging from validity of card/net banking details, insufficient funds in the account to technical difficulties. If you were recently issued a new card, some of the information may have changed. In that case, please confirm your credit card details and try again. Also, check that your name and address match the name and address on your current credit card

How do I make changes to my order?

You can’t modify the order once it has been placed. We suggest you cancel the order and place a new order with your desired changes.

You can pay for your order using Credit/Debit card, Tabby or pay Cash on Delivery. For Cash on Delivery orders, an additional fee of AED 20 will be incurred

What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?

If you are uncomfortable making online payments, you can use our Cash on Delivery (COD) facility. This facility allows you to pay your invoice amount in cash at the time of actual delivery at your doorstep. You can only make COD payments in Dirhams

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your package's tracking number as well as the name of the courier company that is processing your order. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the courier company's website.

Different Delivery Address?

If you would like to have your order shipped to a different address, because you're not at home or because your order is a gift, you can fill in the delivery address during checkout. You can E-mail our customer service and request them for an address change. However, delivery address can only be changed before your order is dispatched from our warehouse. The invoice will be e-mailed to you and the package will be delivered to the address provided.

How are the items packaged at Babies & more ?

Each of our products are first bubble wrapped and then placed in a sturdy carton, which is taped and prepared for shipping. Fragile items like spray or glass bottles are safeguarded with an additional layer of bubble wrap. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging and wish for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

What is your Online Return Policy?

14 Days to change your mind:- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer you a 14 day return service free of charge. However, all items must be returned to us in a sellable condition. They must be returned unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. Please contact our customer service before you return your products. They will be glad to further assist you. If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email on care@babiesandmore.com, within 24 hours of placing the order.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

As soon as your return order has been accepted/Collected we will refund your money within 14 days. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

How do I return or exchange my products?

In order to return your product, write to our customer service. Unfortunately, we do not provide exchanges as of now. If you are unhappy with your product, kindly place a return request to our customer service team.

While we try our best to fulfill your orders correctly, in the best manner possible, for any complaints you may have, with regards to your order, please contact our Customer Care within 14 business days of your order delivery, for prompt resolution. In the extremely rare occasion where you receive a product with tampered/open packaging, please inform our Customer Care within 2 business days of receipt, with supporting images if applicable, so we can best address your concern.
